They draft custom documents and pay lawyers to maintain them. We fill in forms the state already wrote. If you need custom drafting, they or a local attorney are the right choice, and we tell you so.

Only California, Michigan, Maine, Wisconsin and New Mexico put a complete will form in their statutes. Anywhere else, a will has to be drafted, and drafting is legal work we do not do.
